Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

All our deliveries are made with UPS, Mondial Relay, DHL Express or Colis Privé.

If you wish to know the delivery methods available for your country, they will be indicated in your basket, once your postal details have been entered.

Packages are shipped within 2 to 8 days (depending on order flow and business periods).

In the event of damage during transport, the complaint must be made to customer service within three days of delivery.

Beyond Boldies cannot be held responsible for external factors that may delay or prevent a delivery and which are not covered by our logistics partners. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

Beyond Boldies is not responsible for packages that disappear from your mailbox after official deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your package has been declared delivered, we are no longer liable. In order to claim compensation, the recipient must file a complaint with the police or gendarmerie.

The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person's employee or the person in charge of the relay point. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

A claim for an item missing from an order must be sent to Beyond Boldies on the same day the package is received. After validation by the customer's signature, no claim will be possible.
